Cash+ Guaranteed is a cash management solution available in SGD and USD, where your funds are placed in fixed deposits with banks regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

The displayed rate represents the guaranteed return you will receive at the end of the term, based on the portfolio's base currency, subject to underlying bank risk.

• For Cash+ Guaranteed (SGD), the return is guaranteed on your SGD investment amount. 
• For Cash+ Guaranteed (USD), the return is guaranteed on your USD investment amount. If you fund a USD-denominated portfolio with SGD, your funds will be automatically converted into USD for investment, and the guaranteed return will apply to the converted USD amount.

Here's a summary of how it works:

1. Create a Cash+ Guaranteed portfolio by choosing the base currency of your choice.
2. For SGD choose the term of your choice (from 1, 3, 6 and 12 months), and for USD proceed with 1 month term on the website or Syfe App.
3. Add funds into your portfolio. Note: For the Cash+ Guaranteed (USD) Portfolio — if you fund your investment in SGD, your funds will first be converted into USD for investment.
4. Once we process your funds into the portfolio, the portfolio will be automatically locked and queued for investment.
5. Your funds will be invested within one business day. If funds are received before 11 AM SGT on a business day, they will be invested on the same day. Funds received after 11 AM SGT will be invested on the next business day. If you fund on a weekend or public holiday, your investment will be processed on the next business day.
6. Over the chosen term, you have the flexibility to decide whether you want to reinvest or not when the term concludes. If you opt not to reinvest, your funds will stay in the portfolio until you determine your next course of action, which may be reinvesting for another term at the prevailing rate, withdrawing, or reallocating your funds.
