Firstly, Syfe invests your funds in fixed deposits with MAS-regulated banks giving you competitive guaranteed returns.

Funds received prior to 11 AM SGT on a business day will be invested on the same day. Funds received after 11 AM SGT will be invested on the subsequent business day. To illustrate, any funds received by Syfe between today at 11 AM SGT and tomorrow 11AM will be invested tomorrow afternoon, provided tomorrow is a business day. If you fund on a weekend or on a public holiday, funds will be invested on the next business day.

Once the investment is successfully made, you will receive an email notification. Please note that this email is purely informational, requiring no further action on your part. You will start accumulating returns the following calendar day onwards, similar to how our partner banks accumulate returns on their end from the day after the funds are invested.

For example :

If you have received an email from Syfe stating that your investment started on January 1st, 2024, for a period of 3 months, the maturity date will be April 1st, 2024. The first day you earn returns from your investment is January 2nd, 2024. Your portfolio will earn daily returns from January 2nd, 2024, to April 1st, 2024 (both days included), corresponding to 91 calendar days.
