How do I set up a recurring transfer from my bank to my Syfe Portfolio?

You can automate your investments by setting up a standing instruction (recurring transfer) directly with your bank. This allows you to authorize your bank to automatically transfer a fixed amount to your Syfe account based on a frequency you’ve selected (e.g., monthly).

There is no minimum investment amount required when setting up a standing instruction in SGD.

Will there be any additional charges for recurring transfers?

No, Syfe does not charge any additional fees for recurring transfers.

However, please check with your bank in case they impose any transaction-related fees.

How do I amend or cancel my standing instruction?

Syfe does not have access or authority to modify standing instructions created with your bank.

To amend or stop any recurring transfers:

  1. Log in to your bank’s online or mobile banking platform.
  2. Follow your bank’s instructions to edit or cancel the standing instruction.

If you need further guidance, please contact your bank directly as the process may differ across banks.

Important note:

Making a full withdrawal from your Syfe account does not automatically cancel your standing instruction. You will need to manually cancel it via your bank to stop future transfers.
