If you have missed out the reference code when making a transfer to Brokerage via PayNow, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance along with the following details:
- A screenshot of your successful PayNow transaction
- Your 12-digit Trade reference code (starting with 835). The Trade reference code can be found in your Brokerage app under My Funds > Add Funds.
Please note that in cases where the reference code is missing, our internal team will need to manually assist with processing the transaction. While this may cause some delays, rest assured that we will process your request as soon as possible.
Additionally, if a reference code is missing for funds that are credited over weekends or public holidays, the processing will take place on the next business day.
