You can check the status of your orders directly in the Syfe Brokerage app:
Go to: Menu > Order (Brokerage)
| Order Status | Definition | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Executed | Order has been fully executed — security successfully bought or sold. | — |
| Partially Executed | Only part of the order has been filled. | - If still active → shows under Open Orders - If cancelled, expired, or completed → moves to Past Orders |
| Pending | Order submitted but not yet executed. | - Common when placed outside trading hours - For limit orders → market price hasn’t met your specified limit |
| Pending Cancellation | Cancellation request submitted but still processing. | - Applies mainly to limit orders cancelled outside market hours - Will complete shortly before market opens |
| Cancelled | Order was cancelled and will not be executed. | — |
| Failed | Order could not be processed. | - Receive an in-app notification - Retry placing the order - If problem persists → contact Client Success Team |
