We have received several reports of individuals impersonating Syfe on WhatsApp and Telegram and requesting fund transfers.

Please be aware that these messages are not from Syfe. Unless it is from your known, assigned Syfe adviser, no other Syfe individual personnel will initiate communication via messaging platforms such as WhatsApp or Telegram.

Importantly, Syfe will never request fund transfers through WhatsApp or Telegram. All transactions will only be conducted via the official Syfe app, following the funding instructions reflected in the App.

We urge all clients to remain vigilant and to avoid responding to or following any instructions from these scammers.

If you believe you have been targeted or fallen victim to such a scam, please report the incident immediately to the appropriate authorities.
