Change of Partnering Bank to HSBC

Syfe transitioned our banking partner from DBS to HSBC Singapore in early 2024. This change was made to improve the funding experience for our clients, ensuring faster and more reliable transfers.

What’s Changed: All new deposit instructions in-app now reflect HSBC’s banking details.

  • While one-time transfers to DBS may still be processed, Syfe will be exclusively accepting funds into our HSBC account moving forward. To avoid any disruptions or rejected transactions, we strongly encourage all clients to begin using HSBC for all future funding.

Do I Need to Take Any Action?

  • If you haven’t already, please ensure that any standing instructions with DBS are updated to HSBC’s account details, which can be found under “Add Funds” in your Syfe account. This is to avoid any delays or errors in your transfers.
