Syfe accepts fund transfers only from MAS-licensed Financial Institutions (FIs).
If you transfer funds from a financial institution that is not licensed by MAS, we may be required to reject the transfer and return the funds to you.
Important notes:
- PayNow transfers from third-party digital wallets (e.g. LifeSG, Singlife) are not accepted. Such transfers will need to be refunded to your personal bank account (e.g. DBS, UOB, HSBC, etc.).
- To avoid delays, we strongly encourage you to transfer funds directly from your own bank account using eGIRO or PayNow QR code.
If you made a transfer using a third-party digital wallet, please check your email inbox for any messages from Syfe regarding next steps. If you did not receive an email, kindly email support.sg@syfe.com with a copy of your personal bank statement (e.g. DBS, UOB, HSBC, etc.) showing:
- Your full name
- The bank name
- Your bank account number
Refunds will be processed once the verification is completed.
