You can fund your Syfe Brokerage account in SGD or USD. Select your preferred currency and transfer to the appropriate account.

Option 1: SGD → SGD Bank Account

Transfer funds to the SYFE CLIENT SGD account. You can then convert to USD within the Syfe app at competitive rates (refer to steps below). The app shows an indicative exchange rate before you confirm the conversion, which may fluctuate slightly.

Option 2: USD → USD Bank Account

Transfer funds directly to the SYFE CLIENT USD account. This avoids currency conversion, and Syfe does not charge any fees for receiving USD. However, intermediary or remitting banks may impose charges, which will be borne by clients. USD transfers typically take 1–2 business days to process.

Option 3: SGD → USD Bank Account

Transfer SGD directly to the SYFE CLIENT USD account where HSBC will automatically convert the funds to USD. Please note that HSBC’s FX rates may be less competitive than the rates offered through the Syfe app conversion.
