We recommend using the same bank account that you originally used to fund your Syfe account to ensure smooth processing.

• Personal bank accounts under your own name
• Joint accounts, provided you are one of the named account holders

Unsupported Withdrawal Destinations

Withdrawals to digital wallets, third-party payment services (e.g., LifeSG, Singlife, Wallex, Revolut), or bank accounts not registered under your name are not supported, in line with security and regulatory requirements.
