If you’ve submitted a withdrawal request from your Managed Portfolio or Cash Management portfolio, you may be able to cancel it as long as the request has not yet started processing (i.e. still under “Requested” state).
Steps to cancel your withdrawal request:
- Open the Syfe app and tap on “Invest” or “Save”.
- Select the portfolio you had initiated the withdrawal from.
- Scroll down and tap on the “Transactions” section.
- Locate and tap on the relevant “Withdrawal $XX” transaction.
- If your withdrawal is still in the “Requested” state:
- You will see a “Cancel Request” option.
- Tap “Cancel Request”, then tap “Proceed” to confirm your cancellation.
Important:
- If your withdrawal is already “Processing”, the “Cancel Request” option will no longer be available.
- This means your withdrawal has begun execution and can no longer be cancelled.
