The transaction date reflected in your statement may differ from the actual date you made the transfer due to Syfe’s daily cut-off time.
- Funds transferred before our daily cut-off time (11AM) will be recorded as the same business day’s transfer.
- Funds transferred after the cut-off time will be recorded as the next business day’s transfer.
Example:
- If you transferred funds on 30 October before the cut-off time, the transaction statement will reflect the date as 30 October.
- If you transferred funds on 30 October after the cut-off time, the statement will reflect the date as 31 October.
Note: This is a normal part of our processing timelines, and there is no issue with your deposit.
