What to keep in mind
- Bank account must be in your name and match your Syfe profile.
- eGIRO FAST only: Syfe currently only supports eGIRO FAST direct debit (not paper GIRO or other variants).
- Name formatting: Accounts with names that contain special characters (e.g., '@', '(', ')') or are longer than 35 characters may face verification issues when automated compliance checks are conducted.
