How often are portfolios updated?

Managed Portfolios (shown under “Invest” in your Syfe app)

Your Managed Portfolios are updated twice daily to reflect market movements and verified data:

  • 1st Update (Indicative): Occurs shortly after market close at around 7:00 PM SGT for SG Market and 4:30 AM SGT for US Market.

This update uses third-party market data to give you an indicative view of your portfolio’s value.

  • 2nd Update (Final): Happens around 3:00 PM SGT the next business day, based on official data from Syfe’s brokerage partner.

This reflects your final portfolio value using the most accurate market closing prices.

Note: The difference between the indicative and final values should be minimal. For weekends, the indicative update (based on Friday’s close) appears on Saturday morning, while the final update is reflected the following Monday afternoon (around 3 PM SGT), unless it is a public holiday.

Cash Management Portfolios (shown under “Save” in your Syfe app)

  • Cash+ Flexi: Updated once daily, around 3-4 PM SGT.
  • Cash+ Guaranteed: Updated once daily, around midnight.

There are no indicative updates for Cash Management portfolios and all displayed values represent the final daily update.
