Syfe Brokerage offers free monthly trades for US-listed stocks and ETFs.

All new clients enjoy unlimited free US trades for the first 3 calendar months. After this introductory period, clients pay low fees of US$0.99 to US$1.49 per trade, depending on their tier level.

Example: Jane opens a Brokerage account on 25 January 2023.

She receives unlimited free US trades from 25 Jan – 30 Apr 2023. From 1 May onwards, based on her tier, she gets at least 2 free trades monthly and pays up to US$1.49 per trade thereafter.

As a Blue-tier client, from 1 May she gets 2 free monthly US trades, then pays US$1.49 per additional trade. If Jane were a Diamond-tier client, she would continue to enjoy unlimited free US trades even after April.

When will my free trade entitlement be reset?

Free trades reset at the beginning of each month. Unused free trades do not carry forward.

Example: If you open your Brokerage account on 25 January 2023, you enjoy unlimited free trades until 30 April 2023.

On 1 May 2023, your free trade entitlement resets and you receive at least 2 free trades, depending on your tier.

Is there a limit to the number of shares I can buy or sell using the free trade allowance?

No, there is no limit on the quantity of shares per free trade. You may use your free trade to buy fractional share, 1 share, 100 shares or even 1,000 shares. The size of your trade does not affect your free-trade entitlement.
