Trade Confirmations
A trade confirmation is a PDF sent to your Syfe-registered email within 1 business day after a buy or sell trade is executed. It includes key details such as:
- Security name
- Quantity of units bought or sold
- Execution price
- Fees (if applicable)
- Total order amount
Note: Depending on the execution status, commissions may not always appear in the trade confirmation but will be reflected in your monthly statement.
Monthly Statements
Monthly statements are generated in-app by the 5th of the following month, summarizing:
- Portfolio holdings as of month-end
- All executed transactions during that month
Accessing Reports in the Syfe App
- Go to Menu > Statements
- Select Brokerage
- Choose Trade Confirmations or Monthly Trade Statements to view or download
Note: Syfe does not issue hardcopy statements.
