How can we help?

When are Bundle orders executed?

Bundle orders can be placed at any time, but execution occurs only during US market hours.

  • Orders placed after market hours will be scheduled for execution on the next trading day.
  • You can track the status of individual trades under Menu > Orders (Brokerage) in the Syfe app.

How are Bundle orders executed?

Each asset transaction in a Bundle is executed as a Market Order by dollar value:

  • The total dollar value of your Bundle is fixed.
  • Allocation across assets follows the target percentages specified in the Bundle.
  • The number of units purchased per asset may vary due to market price fluctuations.
  • Orders are active only on the day they are placed and will be canceled if not filled by the end of the trading day.

Example: How a US Bundle is executed

Suppose you purchase a US Bundle worth US$1,000 with five assets - assuming full execution, the trades would look like this:

AssetTarget AllocationValue Purchased (US $)
A35 %350
B30 %300
C15 %150
D10 %100
E10 %100

Total

100%

1,000

Syfe supports fractional trading for US assets, so exact dollar amounts can be purchased even if they don’t correspond to whole shares.

How much does a Bundle order cost?

Bundles are executed as individual trade orders for each asset. US Bundle trades are commission-free — there's no brokerage cost added on top of your order value.

What happens after the orders in a Bundle are filled?

Once the orders in a Bundle are successfully executed, the individual assets transactions will appear separately under your ‘Orders (Brokerage)’. If you wish to sell any of these assets, you will need to do so individually, as Bundles are not managed collectively after execution.

What happens if some individual orders in a Bundle are canceled?

Orders may occasionally be canceled by the exchange due to market conditions:

  • Canceled orders will not be reattempted.
  • Only the successfully executed trades will be reflected in your portfolio.
  • Funds for unfilled orders are not deducted from your account.
