Your monthly account statements are available for download directly from the Syfe app.
How to access your statements
- Open the Syfe app
- Tap Menu (bottom right) > Statements
- Select Managed Portfolios & Cash Management or Brokerage Statements
- Choose your preferred month and download the statement
When statements are generated
Monthly statements are typically available by the end of the 2nd week of the following month, and no later than the 3rd week. For example, your May statement will be ready by mid-June, and at the latest by the 3rd week of June.
Each statement includes:
- Summary of portfolio holdings as of month-end
- All executed transactions within that month
Note: Syfe does not issue hardcopy statements.
