How do I update my personal details?

You can update your personal details such as your address, email, and contact number directly in the Syfe app.

Email address or Contact number:

You can do this directly in the app:

  1. Open the Syfe app and tap Menu (bottom right).
  2. Tap the “>” icon next to your name.
  3. Scroll down to “Contact details”.
  4. Tap the pencil icon next to your email or mobile number.
  5. Verify using the 4-digit OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
  6. Enter your new email / mobile number and confirm.

You’ll see a confirmation screen once the change is successful.

If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number and can’t receive the OTP (e.g. you’ve changed your phone number and can’t log in to update it), please email us at support.sg@syfe.com. Our team will guide you through the verification and update process.

Residential address:

  1. Open the Syfe app and tap Menu (bottom right).
  2. Tap the “>” icon next to your name.
  3. Scroll down to “Residence.”
  4. Tap the pencil icon next to “Residence.”
  5. Choose one of the following methods:

a. Update via Singpass

  • Verify your updated address instantly through Singpass.
  • The update typically completes within 2–3 minutes.

b. Update manually

  • Upload one of the following documents:
    • A front and back copy of your NRIC (for Singaporeans or PRs),
    • A proof of address (e.g., bank statement or utility bill) dated within the last 3 months.
  • If the submitted document is in order, your address will be updated within 1 business day, and you will receive an in-app notification once the update is completed.
