What is Customer Due Diligence?

Customer Due Diligence (CDD) is a regulatory requirement under MAS guidelines. It involves verifying your identity, understanding your profile, and monitoring your account activity to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

When you create a Syfe account, we collect and verify your identification details either digitally or through supporting documents such as proof of identity and proof of address.

Throughout your relationship with Syfe, we may conduct periodic reviews to ensure your information remains accurate and up-to-date. As part of this process, we may contact you to request additional information or documents where necessary.
