If eGIRO is your default funding source for your auto-investments, you will not be able to use your Brokerage cash balance. If eGIRO fails, we will try again at the next transfer date. Please make sure your bank account is successfully linked with sufficient funds for your auto-investment. 

The most common reasons are insufficient funds in your bank account, and setting a payment limit that is too low for your transactions. In some cases, eGIRO services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.
