Yes. For REIT+ portfolios, Syfe will subscribe to rights issues or preferential offerings on your behalf.

Our investment team carefully evaluates each offering and will decide to proceed only if the rights issue is deemed beneficial to your portfolio.

You do not need to top up your account for these subscriptions. Whenever possible, Syfe will use the existing cash balance in your portfolio.

If the available cash balance is insufficient, Syfe may sell a small portion of your REIT+ holdings to raise the required funds for the subscription.
