Yes, you can invest in both the 100% REITs and REITs with Risk Management portfolio(s). You may create and invest in multiple portfolios to suit your financial goals and preferences.
If you already hold a REIT+ portfolio, you can also switch between the two options without creating a new portfolio. To do so:
- Log in to your Syfe account.
- Under Invest, select your REIT+ portfolio.
- Scroll to “Composition option.”
- Tap “Change” and confirm your request.
There are no additional fees for switching between REIT+ portfolio options.
Changes made before 2 PM SGT will take effect on the next business day, while changes made after 2 PM, the cut-off time will be reflected the following business day.
Please note that while you may switch between portfolio options at any time, frequent switching is not recommended, as it may lead to suboptimal long-term returns. It’s best to maintain a consistent investment strategy aligned with your financial goals.
