Yes. On the day your portfolio matures, you will be notified of the guaranteed return rate for that day and you will receive a push notification and an email at 12 PM SGT with the rate.

If rates are being updated on that day

• If we are in the midst of updating the rates for the day, you will not receive the 12 PM SGT notification.
• Instead, you will be notified of the updated rates immediately after the change has been implemented.
• During this period, the Cash+ Guaranteed portfolio page will be temporarily deactivated on both the App and Web dashboard (after logging in).

Reminders before maturity

You will also receive advance reminders before your portfolio matures:

• A push notification 1 week before maturity
• An email 3 days before maturity
• In-app pop-ups if you have not yet provided complete maturity instructions, prompting you to submit them

These reminders help ensure you have enough time to review the prevailing rates and update your reinvestment or withdrawal preferences.
