Once a Cash+ Guaranteed portfolio begins investing, the funds will be locked in until maturity, and withdrawals are not allowed until the fixed term ends.

Because your funds are placed in fixed deposits at preferred rates obtained from partner banks for the term you selected, this structure enables us to maximise the returns on your investment.

Top-ups after your portfolio is locked

For any top-ups made to a portfolio that is already locked and invested:

• The additional funds will be placed into a new Guaranteed portfolio with the same tenure.
• The new portfolio will be automatically invested.
• Your investments will be split into separate Guaranteed portfolios, each with its own maturity date.

This approach allows you to create “Ladder” of maturity dates, providing you with the flexibility to access portions of your funds at different times, and the ability to benefit from changing interest rates across different terms.
