How do I update details on my eGIRO FAST direct debit?

Easily update the expiry date or transfer limit of your eGIRO FAST direct debit directly in the app for a smooth and uninterrupted funding experience.

Updating your expiry date:

  1. Go to Bank Accounts page
  2. Select the bank account you wish to update
  3. Tap Update
  4. Complete the bank’s setup flow again
  5. Once successful, you’ll be redirected to the updated Bank details page

Updating your transfer limit:

You can update your transfer limit in two ways:

Method 1: From Bank Accounts page

  1. Go to Bank Accounts page
  2. Select your linked bank account
  3. Tap Update
  4. Complete the bank’s setup flow again
  5. Once successful, you’ll be redirected to the updated Bank Details page

Method 2: During funding

  • If you have other linked bank accounts with a sufficient transfer limit, you’ll be given the option to change to another account.

  • If you don’t have another bank account with a sufficient limit, you’ll be given the option to update the transfer limit directly.

  • Once the update is successful, you’ll be redirected back to the top-up screen with your updated or newly linked bank account.
