On maturity, am I able to reinvest into a new term different from that of my current portfolio?

Yes, you can reinvest into a new term any time until your portfolio matures. Please visit the portfolio details page either on Syfe mobile app or on the web dashboard.

 

Follow the below steps to reinvest into the term of your choice. If you are unable to see the below steps on your Syfe app, please download the latest version of Syfe app from the app store.

 

  1. In your Syfe app, click on "Save" (icon at the bottom of your screen)
  2. Click into your Cash+ Guaranteed Portfolio > Scroll down to "What happens at maturity?"
  3. Click on "Change" to switch your maturity instructions to "Reinvest" at your new chosen tenure

For Cash+ Guaranteed SGD

On the day of maturity, after 3PM SGT, your total value will be reinvested into the new term that you selected above. 

 

For Cash+ Guaranteed USD

On the day of maturity, after 12:30PM SGT, your total value will be reinvested into the new term that you selected above. 

 

This means that your funds will get auto reinvested allowing you to earn interest on your investment without any delay.
