To withdraw funds from your Managed Portfolio or Cash Management, follow these steps:
- Open your Syfe app and tap on “Invest” or “Save”.
- Select the portfolio you wish to withdraw from.
- Tap “Manage” (bottom left).
- Tap “Withdraw Funds”.
You will receive a confirmation email once we have received your withdrawal request.
To Track the Progress of Your Withdrawal:
- In your Syfe app, go to the relevant portfolio.
- Scroll down and tap “Transactions”.
- If your withdrawal status is “Processing”, you can tap on the transaction to cancel the withdrawal request.
- If the status is no longer “Processing,” please note that the withdrawal request cannot be cancelled as it has already started processing.

Things to Keep in Mind:
- Partial withdrawals are limited to up to 90% of the total amount in your portfolio.
- Please ensure you enter a valid bank account number for smooth processing. Syfe does not accept debit/credit card numbers as valid bank account information.
- If you are withdrawing to an overseas bank account, you will need to provide the SWIFT code (required for international transfers).
If you are withdrawing in USD or to a foreign bank account, please be aware that while Syfe does not charge any withdrawal fees, additional charges may be applied by intermediary or receiving banks. For more details, refer to: Are there charges for making a withdrawal?
