You can fund your Syfe Brokerage account using eGIRO / Linked Bank Account, PayNow (QR Code), or other transfer methods such as Paynow via UEN / FAST / Wire Transfer / Online Remittance.

Step-by-Step Guide
- Open your Syfe app and go to Menu > Funds (Brokerage) > Add Funds.

Select your preferred funding option:
- Option 1: eGIRO / Linked Bank Account – Enter the amount and follow the on-screen steps to link your account securely. Once set up, you can fund instantly or schedule recurring transfers. (Learn more)
- Option 2: PayNow via QR Code – Download your unique QR code and complete the transfer through your banking app (e.g., DBS, OCBC, UOB).

Option 3: Other Methods (PayNow via UEN / FAST / Wire Transfer / Online Remittance) – Tap “Use Other Methods”, follow the on-screen instructions to retrieve the correct account and reference details, then complete your transfer via your banking app.
- FAST Transfer: If you prefer not to use PayNow, you can select FAST Transfer as an alternative. The maximum limit is SGD 200,000 per transaction.
- Wire Transfer: Syfe does not charge any fees for receiving foreign currency transfers. However, intermediary and/or remitting banks may impose charges at their discretion. These fees will be borne by you.

- You’ll receive an in-app notification and email confirmation once your funds have been processed and credited to your Brokerage account.

Additional Information by Other Funding Methods
FAST Transfer
The maximum limit is SGD 200,000 per transaction. Ensure to select bank name “HSBC Bank (Corporate)” or “Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp” (you may search using the BIC Code)
Wire Transfer / Online Remittance
You may funds in SGD or USD. Syfe does not charge any fees for receiving foreign currency transfers. However, intermediary and/or remitting banks may impose charges at their discretion. These fees will be borne by clients.
For transfers via Online Remittance, please send a PDF receipt of your transfer (from your registered email) to support.sg@syfe.com.
Important Notes
- Always include your Brokerage reference code when transferring funds via PayNow (UEN), FAST, GIRO, or Wire Transfer to ensure accurate allocation.
- Missing or incorrect reference code may cause delays, as manual verification will be required.
- You can fund your Brokerage account in SGD or USD. If funding in SGD, you may convert currencies directly within the app at competitive rates.
- Deposits from joint accounts will be credited after verification, while transfers from third-party accounts will be refunded.
