How do I track my funding and when will it be reflected in my Brokerage account?

Funds typically reflect in your Brokerage account within one business day. Transfers from Singapore banks are usually completed on the same business day, while USD transfers may take 1–2 business days due to intermediary bank processing or US holidays.

Once your transfer is successful, you will receive an in-app notification. You can also check your funding status by logging into your Brokerage account and navigating to Account > My Funds > Transfer History.

Possible Reasons for Funding Delays

Funding may be delayed due to pending verification, joint account transfers, or third-party transfers.

Pending Verification

  • If your account verification is still in progress, a notification will appear on your Brokerage homepage. Your funds will be reflected once your KYC is approved.

  • Joint Account Transfers

    If your deposit was made from a joint bank account, please email a recent bank statement (dated within the last 3 months) to support.sg@syfe.com showing:

    • Both account holders’ full names
    • Bank name
    • Bank account number

    Once verified, your funds will be credited accordingly.

  • Third-Party Transfers

    If the transfer was made from an account not owned or jointly held by you, the funds will be refunded. Please email support.sg@syfe.com to confirm, and the refund will be processed accordingly.

If you have made a transfer but your funds are not reflected, please check your email for updates from Syfe. If you have not received any email, contact us at support.sg@syfe.com with a screenshot of your transfer transaction
