What are the fees charged for the REIT+ portfolio?

Syfe charges a management fee of 0.35%–0.65% per annum for the REIT+ portfolio, depending on your pricing tier. You can learn more about how management fees are calculated here.

Other Fees

If you invest in the REITs with Risk Management portfolio, part of your allocation is invested in the ABF Singapore Bond Index Fund, managed by Nikko Asset Management.

This fund charges an ETF management fee of approximately 0.06% annually, equivalent to about S$6 per S$10,000 invested, which is considered very low for this asset class.

In addition, SGX clearing fees are 0.0325% of the contract value and SGX trading access fees are 0.0075% of the contract value.

Is this cheaper than investing in REITs individually?

Yes. Replicating the REIT+ portfolio on your own would incur significant brokerage fees, minimum restrictions, and transaction costs each time you buy, rebalance, or reinvest dividends.

By contrast, Syfe’s REIT+ portfolio allows you to invest fractionally, automate dividends reinvestments, and maintain the same diversified exposure at a much lower overall cost.
