After the term, if I wish to withdraw or transfer funds to another portfolio, how long will it take?

Transfer to another Syfe portfolio

  • Transferring funds to another Syfe portfolio takes 1 business day.
  • Once transferred, the time needed to invest these funds depends on the portfolio type and may take 2 to 5 business days.

Consolidating funds into one portfolio

  • You may consolidate matured funds into a single new Cash+ Guaranteed portfolio for easier management.
  • Once all transfers are completed, the portfolio will auto-lock.
  • If the rate changes (drops) before the auto-lock is completed, the portfolio will switch to manual lock, requiring you to manually confirm the new rate.

Topping up a portfolio

To top up using matured funds and new deposits:

  1. Create a new portfolio (Portfolio B).
  2. Set your matured portfolio to transfer its funds into Portfolio B.
  3. Deposit any new funds into Portfolio B as well.
  4. Once both the matured funds and new deposits are allocated, Portfolio B will automatically lock in with the combined balance.
