Can I transfer funds from the existing Syfe portfolios to Brokerage, and vice-versa?

Yes, cross-account transfers between your existing Syfe Portfolios and Brokerage account are now available. However, at this moment transfers from Cash+ Guaranteed USD and SGD portfolios to Brokerage are not supported. 

 

How do I transfer funds between Syfe Portfolios and Brokerage?

  • From Syfe Portfolios to Brokerage:
    Go to 'Manage' > 'Transfer to Brokerage'.
  • From Brokerage to Syfe Portfolios:
    Tap the Menu (bottom right, 3-line icon) > 'My Funds' > 'Withdraw Funds' > then select 'Reallocate' under the Select a reason section.

Important Notes:

  • The cross-account transfer process involves either selling or purchasing assets in your Syfe Portfolio, depending on whether you're transferring funds in or out.

  • Under ordinary circumstances, transfers take 3–5 business days to complete.
