Investment Amount

In general, there is no minimum amount required to start investing in any Syfe portfolio, and no minimum balance requirement.

However, if you choose to fund your portfolio directly in USD, we recommend:

• Minimum USD 10,000 for USD-denominated portfolios (e.g. Core, Select, Cash+ Flexi USD, Downside Protected Portfolio).
• Minimum USD 50,000 for Cash+ Guaranteed (USD) portfolio.

For REIT+ and Income+ portfolios:

• There is no minimum amount to start investing.
• However, if you wish to receive dividends paid out to your bank account (instead of being reinvested), a minimum investment of SGD 5,000 is required to enable this option. [Learn more here].

Lock-In Period

In general, there is no lock-in period for most Syfe portfolios (except Cash+ Guaranteed) — you may withdraw your funds at any time.

  • Please note: Withdrawals involve the sale of your portfolio assets, which may result in realised gains or losses depending on market conditions. For more details: Will I get the full amount upon a full withdrawal?

For Cash+ Guaranteed (SGD & USD) portfolios:

  • Funds are locked for the selected term (e.g. 1, 3, 6, 12 months).

Note: There are no withdrawal fees charged by Syfe for any portfolios.
